New Weekly Shiur At Coventry Shul

Avrohom Oveinu & the little Rivka did huge Chesed with regular people just from the Street.
As of when did things change? Why do we only, Daven, or open up Chesed organiztions, Vinch Ohn, worry about, care about, Only for Klal Yisroel?
Why do we exclude all the Umos Ho’Olom?
Would Avrohom Oveinu be happy with such an attitude.
