The Rosh Yeshiva is literally moser nefesh for his talmidim and the yeshiva, as we see. It always pains me to see the yisurim of his Parkinson’s disease. May I just ask if anyone else sees a chisaron in kavod habriyos (not to mention kavod hatorah) in asking the RY to struggle with the kevias mezuza? It’s undoubtedly a tremendous kavod to have such a choshuve adam gadol put up your mezuza, but with his physical challenges, it seems to me that this might not have been the kindest thing to do. I know the RY will do anything for a talmid, but by me this was a lack of hergesh b’tzaar acherim. Aside from this, a groise yasher koach for your hachzokas hatoirah!
