Those born in the usa are americans. I doubt he meant them. But the question is do you go bassat the child when it comes to education or bassar the parents. If the parents have a chiyuv to educate their child and they are not citizens efsher they should pay. If the child is a yosom the state should pay. He has a good point. Here is a man who has proven over the years to do anything possible to help out hundreds of kollel students and Lakewood families with legal advice and financial support. He has done all this quietly without looking for credit for it. He sure will get my vote!!!
