Esource buildingThe fourth workshop and Q&A session with Phil ’Avner’ Costeff, a management consultant who has consulted to hundreds of businesses nationwide will take place this evening Wednesday, March 3rd, at 7:00 pm at E-Source, 216 River Ave. “We accomplished a lot with Avner Costeff. In 6 weeks we got our owners forum organized, we were able to set up a management team to run the day-to-day operations and we have 2 store managers, one for each store. We grasped and started implementing concepts that we never heard of before, for example chain of command, metrics for areas of a business and for positions, position descriptions, and so on….”Dora Tseytkin, Dovid Segal Refuah Pharmacy. This 4th workshop will go into the mechanics of how we use numbers in a business to make owners decisions that result in profits. It gives answers to questions like: How much do we have to sell to make money? Is a store with a certain rent a good deal? How much to advertise? By how much do we have to mark up our products?

The tools business tools covered are useful in turning around businesses that experience reduced cash flow, lower sales, and imbalances between overhead and gross margins. They are essential when the business is growing, and to free up owners to work on, instead of in, their business. It includes actual examples that have worked for real companies. Each workshop can be taken alone, or you can come to both. The second is longer and will add additional information that may only be mentioned in the B2B workshop.

Participants will have a chance to enroll for a no-charge business analysis.
