Traveling To The Catskills This Weekend? Roadinform Begins Summer Traffic Alert Program Tomorrow

Jun 16 2010 8:13 am

Road Inform will once again serve the community with traffic reports to and from the Mountains this summer. The messaging alerts will be operating every weekend in July & August on Thursday afternoon from 4:00pm, Friday from 12:00 p.m, Sunday afternoons and Monday mornings. (Monday morning alerts will only be sent if there is a major traffic alert).

They have also launched a mobile site, which can be accessed on your mobile browser by visiting www.roadinform.com. Starting this Thursday, June 17th, they will be reporting on the info-line at Kol Mevasser, and on the mobile site at roadinform.com only (there will be no text alerts this weekend). However, June 24th will commence the beginning of weekend reports via all three venues: Text Messages, Info-Line and Mobile Site. Kol Mevaser’s Infoline: 212-444-1100, option #7.
