what a special man he was! capable, brilliant, wonderful person!
This is so sad. May his family who did so much for R’ Dovid over all these tough years have a Nechama. Rabbosai, this is a real blow to Lakewood. May we see the coming of Mashiach this Nissan.
Bde. Besides being a tzadik Reb dovid was a talmid Chochom. When they lived in eretz yisroel, he learned by Hagaon Hagadol Rav Yitzchok Solovetchik Shlita. He loved to learn. What a loss. Yz”b
A Zadik Ben Zadik! A very special person – one of a kind. May his pleas for his chosheva family and klall yisroel be answed and we’ll be together again soon with the coming of Moshiach.
It takes gadlus and great bitochon to go through this for so many years nebach and yet always happy and accepting and relaxed. What a blow to klal yisroel like the rosh hayeshiva quoted years ago a karban for klal yisroel.
I know Rav Solovetchik shlita loved him, he went to visit him when he was here. What a loss for Klal yisroel. Bde
The Levaya is at 2:00 PM in BMG & then in the shul in his home – 952 W. Kennedy.
