PHOTO: Motorists are asked to take notice of the new traffic pattern at the intersection of Park Avenue and East Harvard Street. The Township has replaced the ‘merge’ signs with four stop signs at the triangular intersection. As in all four-way intersections, if two motorists arrive at the intersection at the same time, the driver on your right has the right of way.
Park Avenue, which runs from County Line Road to Rt. 88, is heavily used during rush hours.
there IS astop on park ave southbound . i drove there this am. get the info straight.
To # 1. Thank you for the correction.
I hope this will mean that chevra will stop parking on that turn. It is impossible to see anything at that corner.
i have a feeling this was not done legally as i saw 2 kids painting the white stripes and there aren’t the usual “NEW” warning signs as would normally be the case please investigate
The ‘kids’ were actually working on behalf of Lakewood Twp., hired through the assistance of … a new organization… Oskim B’Rechovim
try running the stop with an officer there and see what happens.
I spotted a Cop there this Morning
