The Living Torah Museum Comes To Lakewood

Dec 20 2011 6:05 pm

VIDEO – GUIDED TOUR: The Living Torah Museum opened its 3rd Museum this week, here in Lakewood. The Museum – with locations in Boro Park and in Fallsburg, NY – features ancient artifacts as well as the animals (taxidermied) and insects mentioned and discussed in the Torah.

In a guided video tour, Rabbi Shaul Shimon Deutch, the founder of the Living Torah Museum, explained that the Boro Park location focuses on items from the Tanach, the Fallsburg location focuses on items from the Mishnayos, and the Lakewood location focuses on items from the Gemarah.

In this exclusive video, Rabbi Deutch – who is in constant contact with Gedolim to guide him in his fascinating work - gives you a brief tour of some of the amazing items and creatures which come to life and bring an entire new meaning to the Gemarah, as well as to Davening.

The museum began giving tours Sunday.

To book a tour, call 1-877-PLAN A TOUR (1-877-752-6286). TLS-CCP/TLS-YYB69.

When I first saw the signs, I had no idea what was going on. After seeing the signs on the building, I was amazed. It’s walking distance from my house. Lakewood is getting cooler and cooler. Lol
