  1. cold turkey detox via a jail cell can be very fatal for users that are arrested and not able to get their drug of choice to calm down considering the level of stress they are going through. he simply could have had a heart attack and died. oh well, no loss here- just another junky that could have hurt a woman or child while in his voluntary drug induced coma.

  2. Anthony,

I’m very sorry for your loss. It hurts to watch a family member go down such a path. I know the feeling. Fortionately my family member made it out ok on the other side. I hope you find comfort in knowing he is at peace and not suffering through life any longer.

  3. I am sure that #3 is his brother. A drug addict and dealer from Seaside Heights just happens to have a brother who would follow posts on the Lakewood Scoop. Yea. I am sure. Want to buy a bridge.

  4. May he rest in peaace, may the family find comfort. An d may the law officials do a proper and thorough investigation.

No one should be denied civil liberties and then found dead. It is not goo for society at large. Due process is warrented- even for someone who could not post bail.

  5. Anthony, its your friend and former cell mate Bill. Im really sorry brother. I just want to say to the people talking smack that just because a person has a problem it doesn’t mean that person is inherently bad. I was in his place in 06′ I did a couple of years in state prison as a result of my problem. today i am a proud father and an honest hard working member of society. People can change and not all of us die.The sad thing is that the state spends so much of the taxpayers money punishing addicts instead of debilitating them. There needs to be drastic changes made in our already bankrupt system. If they used half of the $50,000 it takes to house a nonviolent substance abusing inmate “who’s only victim is himself” for rehabilitation andvjib training. not only would the taxpayers be saving millions of dollars per year nut society in general would benefit from the increased workforce of productive AMERICAN citizens. And things like this would happen much less frequently. Anthony call me brother I miss you man.
