UPDATED 1:05 AM Friday: Larger Boat Chartered For Sunday Due To Overwhelming Demand

PHOTO: Due to the overwhelming demand for tickets on the ‘Asifa Boat’ for Sunday, the arrangers have reserved a larger boat (Pictured right) to accommodate the overflow crowd.

Tickets are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The larger ‘Asifa Boat’ (pictured right) will be departing from the Jersey Highlands, about 35 minutes from Lakewood at about 4:15 PM on Sunday, and dock directly across Citi Field.

Tickets are being sold until 6PM today at the “Out To Lunch” cafe. (Do not call Out To Lunch for tickets).

Tickets are $40 round-trip, and are non-refundable. (No one-way tickets available).

UPDATE: Tickets are almost sold out for the large boat. The remaining tickets will be sold at Zichron Binyomin (7th and Princeton) in the Ezras Noshim on the main floor, between 9:45PM-10:15PM only.

Additionally, if you have already purchased a boat ticket, the tickets will be available for pickup at Zichron Binyomin as well.

UPDATE FRIDAY 1:05AM: Those who were unable to pick up their tickets Thursday evening, will have an opportunity to pick up their tickets at Zichron Binyomin on Friday morning, between 10:15AM-10:30AM.

No one will be allowed on the boat without a ticket. All who purchased tickets must pick them up on Friday.

The remaining few tickets will be sold once all who have purchased tickets, receive theirs.

    What is it you regularly do when you’re traveling somewhere? Where have you been?? Have you been reading the Jewish news lately? You got some catching up to do.

  3. I would like to put together a TRAIN to the asifa. We can have Uncle Moishe on board. Also Ill try to get BIG GEDALIAH GOOMBER, FEIVISH,MR. JIG,& who knows whom else. Ideas welcome.

  6. The smaller boat is actually nicer in my opinion (I’ve been on both). Will the bar be open and will the TVs be playing Bloomberg Business like they do every day on the way into NYC?

    Nj turnpike Exit 15X seacuacus
    park n ride Take the train to NY Penn station- 7 min
    at penn take train to Citifield 16 min

  8. Will the trains be running @ 10:30-11 when its over . Or you will be stuck @ penn station. Even if its running how often will it come on a Holiday weekend??

  9. Next Internet Asiffa is scdheduled to be in Uman. They wont have a problem filling up 50,000 seats the week of Rosh Hashona!

  11. Paddle boats are starting 10am from lake carasaljo womens tashlich area. Four seaters only $100 round trip. Route is down the medteconk stream to the Atlantic where tugboats will tow all the way to Citifield.

  12. Actually you have to bentsch Gomel when you come back Monday morning a this boat goes over the Atlantic ocean and not a harbor or a river
    Yordei hayum bu’aniyos (can mean boats or poor and this price can drift key make someone poor)

  14. It would have made more sense and brought revenue to the township if this was held at Blue Claws. Buses and boats go both ways. Surely we could use the money here and whatever is left could go to truly needy Tzedokos. $1.5 Million, where does it go. It ain’t coming back here.

  15. Will be fishing for good fish l’chovod Rosh Chodesh on the way there.
    On the way back will catch fish for Shavu’ous.
