The approximately 150 children of he Yeshiva Nesivos Ohr may be split into three groups and be accepted into three different schools, parents tell TLS. Tentatively, the school is expected to be divided from first through third grade, grades third through sixth, and grades sixth through eighth.
The schools, which have not yet been confirmed, will reportedly be creating new classes for these children.
As first reported last week, the school closed due to financial constraints after parents’ attempts to prevent it from closing, unfortunately failed.

hope all works out
Which schools are taking them? I want to direct some $$$ to them.
may HASHEM reward all these schools for showing their love 7 concern for every yiddish child & may it help towards bringing mashiach (as this is one reason why mashiach is not her yet, -lack of love, care & concern for every yid)
Hatzlacha
Much thanks to Reb Osher Levovitz for taking over the school and for all the kochos he put into it. Much Hakoros Hatov is felt by most parents for the efforts he made. Also thanks to the parents who tried to salvage what they could these last few months.
I hope those schools will hire the rabbeim from Nesivos Ohr to teach the new classes.
That school has had a tough time! At least the kids are known to be temimusdik and should fit in anywhere.
Then sibling will be in different schools? So sad.
What a stupid comment. The sibling issue is the smallest of smallest of problems. We are worried that these kids will be in the streets and the Rebeiim will starve and you are worried about siblings in different schools? People are so stupid
the rebbeim will starve? I was unemployed for 2 yrs. There is food stamps, wic. and unemployments insurance that they should be able to take atvantage of. Starve???????
The three schools who are taking the children can also take the Rebbeim and teachers. But as these classes advance thorugh the years, the Rebbem and teachers will have to find other jobs because of attrition.
In other words, as the Primary class enters first grade in September 1212, the Primary Rebbi will not have a new class coming in.
The school taking him and his talmidim this year will not want to add a class permanently.
The First grade Rebbi will have the class coming in to First from Primary, but the following year the same thing will happen to him.
