PHOTO: Medical personnel and police say it was the quick thinking of two good Samaritans who saved the lives of two young children pinned under the car in yesterday’s tragic accident.
The Frum (Jewish) man, pictured center with the sunglasses on his head, was one of the two good Samaritans who were passing by when they witnessed the unthinkable and tragic event unfolding in front of their eyes.
But their quick thinking undoubtedly saved the lives of the two young children, who were reportedly unconscious when they were pulled from under the vehicle.
The unidentified man passing the scene immediately got out of his car, popped the trunk of the vehicle which was on top of the children, removed the car’s jack, and began jacking up the car, while the man pictured, assisted in jacking up the car and help protect the children. The unidentified man who grabbed the jack, immediately left the scene.
Within seconds of jacking up the vehicle, the first Hatzolah members arrived, and began administering oxygen to the children.
The children remain in serious but stable condition at Jersey Shore Medical Center this morning.
If anyone has information of the man who left the scene after jacking up the car, please notify TLS, so the individual can be properly recognized for his heroic deeds. TLS.
I think he davens by rabbi greenfield in chestnut
It’s so refreshing to hear about someone who went beyond the call of duty, did whatever he had to do and didn’t wait around for recognition, rewards or honor. His name isn’t on the latest dinner invitation and he isn’t the subject of any articles. He did the right thing because it was the right thing to do. Kol Hakovod. I don’t know who he is, but he seems to be someone I would like to know!
Eliyahu Hanavi!
I can tell you one thing for sure. He saved their lives!!
Kol Hamakyem nefesh achas b’yisroel ……………….

Hats off to Reb Mottchy Kaszirer shlita…the true askan of lakewood….as the Ramban in last weeks parsha states “from the great nissim of the Ribono Shel Olam we recognize the small ones”. L’havdil by reb mottchy from his big askanus we recognize his non stop behind the scenes help for so many people in lakewood. Keep up your avodas hakodesh!!!
Please don’t call him a “good Samaritan”. Google it first before attributing the title to a frum person.
Quite admirable
Even more admirable that he didnt stick around to be properly recognized for his heroic deeds.
hes not the only person to be recognized,a different person walking by quickly jacked up the car,and another person started treating the 2nd unconscious child
Wonderful action and a great Zchus – to #1 alot of the people whose names are on dinner inviations are also wonderful and most do not want to be in the limelight but do it only for the sake of the organization and give up time, money and put upwith a lot of flack (as in your comment ) Kol Hakovod to all of them and the many other unsung heroes
Eliyahu Hanavi

I know this man, he recently moved here with his family and is still trying to get his children into yeshiva here! they are an amazing family and as you see they have big hearts and will do anything to help you out! He never looks for kavod or even thanks for all that he does. In this Zechus may his children get into yeshiva as soon as possible.
He does not want his name mentioned.
there was also a different guy treating treating one of the kids before hatzolah arrived
Very few people in this world would of taken the time to do what he did. He is a true hero. Hope the children are doing okay.

while a everyday person is not, this person who stopped to help out is a true hero. he didn’t have to help but did.
His name is Ari Weichbrod and he has been a Miami Hatzalah member for quiet a few years. Hats off to you Ari for a job well done as usual.
Would love to shake this man’s hand! I don’t believe there is any amount of thanks that would truly recognize this man for the heroic moves he made that day. Bless you sir!
Who took the photo, and why didn’t they ask him to stay,so he may be properly recognized for his heroic deeds?
Congratulations to you two guys for what you did, thinking and acting quickly. May hashem bless you.
