PHOTO: One of the Good Samaritans Who Saved the 2 Pinned Children; Can You Identify The Other?

PHOTO: Medical personnel and police say it was the quick thinking of two good Samaritans who saved the lives of two young children pinned under the car in yesterday’s tragic accident.

The Frum (Jewish) man, pictured center with the sunglasses on his head, was one of the two good Samaritans who were passing by when they witnessed the unthinkable and tragic event unfolding in front of their eyes.

But their quick thinking undoubtedly saved the lives of the two young children, who were reportedly unconscious when they were pulled from under the vehicle.

The unidentified man passing the scene immediately got out of his car, popped the trunk of the vehicle which was on top of the children, removed the car’s jack, and began jacking up the car, while the man pictured, assisted in jacking up the car and help protect the children. The unidentified man who grabbed the jack, immediately left the scene.

Within seconds of jacking up the vehicle, the first Hatzolah members arrived, and began administering oxygen to the children.

The children remain in serious but stable condition at Jersey Shore Medical Center this morning.

If anyone has information of the man who left the scene after jacking up the car, please notify TLS, so the individual can be properly recognized for his heroic deeds. TLS.

  1. It’s so refreshing to hear about someone who went beyond the call of duty, did whatever he had to do and didn’t wait around for recognition, rewards or honor. His name isn’t on the latest dinner invitation and he isn’t the subject of any articles. He did the right thing because it was the right thing to do. Kol Hakovod. I don’t know who he is, but he seems to be someone I would like to know!

  2. His name is ari weichbrodt,he just moved to sterling forest from Miami, florida, hes 1 of the original members of Miami hatzalah,I know him very well,he’s making a bar mitzvah next week and his wife just had twins!

I know this man, he recently moved here with his family and is still trying to get his children into yeshiva here! they are an amazing family and as you see they have big hearts and will do anything to help you out! He never looks for kavod or even thanks for all that he does. In this Zechus may his children get into yeshiva as soon as possible.
He does not want his name mentioned.
