  1. Many of the near 100 year homes in the ancient part of these towns including Lakewood are ” meth” (methanaine) factories which are part of the Mexican drug cartel & the “know nothing” landlords are in it with them by stashing away large amounts of cash from rent money of those old slums.
Those Mexican tenants don’t “tshepih” any of the frum neighbors as they are very very secretive.
    Yup that’s the world today.

  2. #2 what does meth made by Mexicans have anything to do with this? These people arrested are 1. not mexican 2. not involved with meth 3. they and their famlies have been in the town for decades, probably before you even heard of Lkwd.
As for the landlords that are problems who are greedy and turn a blind eye, that the same story, different day!

  3. #1, no 10% percent means the full bond needs to be posted. It allows you to post the 10% cash bail, as an alternative to posting the full amount by bond. The true benefit to this type of bail is the fact that by posting the 10% option, you are using your own money to post the bail, which you will get back at the conclusion of the case so long as you do nothing to forfeit the bail.
    Hope that helps…
