Police Arrest 12 Year Old in Possession of 2 BB Guns; Allegedly Used to Shoot Out Windows

Police this afternoon arrested a juvenile caught in possession of two BB Guns, Captain Paul Daly confirmed to TLS. Police were alerted about the 12 year old by a construction worker who believed the juvenile was responsible for shooting out windows of a new housing development along Route 88, Daly says.

After spotting the juvenile climbing the construction fence and into the Ocean County Park, the worker phoned police.

Officers arrived moments later and caught the boy, who was found to be in possession of two BB Guns, Daly says. BB Guns are illegal to own in NJ without a permit.

The boy was borught into Police Headquarters, and was released to his parents. [TLS-CCP].

  1. Now how would all the new Democrat laws restricting guns have stopped this??? A bad guy got hold of an illegal gun. Yes I know it is a BB gun, but it is still illegal to have.
