Freeholder Kelly Recognizes Red Cross for 130 Years of Service

PHOTO: Noting the help of numerous volunteers from the Jersey Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross, the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders recently recognized the American Red Cross.

The Red Cross agency for more than 130 years has provided a helping hand during times of disasters.
