Tefillah From Sheloh Hakodosh For Erev Rosh Chodesh Sivan

This Tefillah was composed by the Sheloh Hakodosh to express the Tefillos of parents on behalf of their children. The Sheloh said that the optimal time for parents to recite this Tfillah, is Erev Rosh Chodesh Sivan, but it may be recited anytime.

Artscroll had it on their web-site in both hebrew and enlish

What about someone without kids? Should it still be said?
