  1. There’s a traffic light at that intersection. It’s well lit and there’s a clear view of southbound traffic.
I’ve seen way too many people cross against the light there. Please remember that it’s a highway and cross only when you have a green light.
Refuah sheleima. What’s his name for tehillim?

  2. in addition to saying tehillim for this meshulach how about each of us mekabel to be more carefull in our driving/walking habits and be mekayem the mitzvah of vinishmartem meod lnafshoseichem in his zchus for a efuah

  3. Yes, there is a light there but there have been a few very serious accidents there already. There is a “blind spot” for cars coming over the hill, especially at higher speeds. I always slow down at that intersection.

  4. 1,0000 reflectors wont help if you are crossing against the light. That intersection has a traffic light and multiple witnesses say he was crossing against the red, with no reflector.

  5. this was surely a busy night for our community. I agree with #6#7#8
all our chesed organizations and all the city’s disaster units were out in full force

  6. tomchei tzeddka when a meshulach comes from a foreign country, to lakewood he knows nothing about the way stuff are around here. they come to you to explain it to them, so you nmust tell them that they are dressed in all black and are virtually invisible at night to drivers. they have no way to know that since they never drove a car in their life.

  7. BTW, there are traffic lights controlling traffic in all civilized countries. It’s not a chiddush that exists only in America. In Israel too, the black garb is invisible at night.

  8. We need to relize that a life is in th balance I know reflecters and crossing with the light are very importent but we all do that once in a while we have to pray for this man and stop the other talk!

  9. Rabbi W. from Kiryat Sefer married off recently his oldest child 1 out of 9. He’s a tremendous Talmid Chochum and freiliche yid. Nebach such a accident accrued to him while being oesek in such a choshiva mitzva. Lets all of us toishvei Lakewood and Klal Yisroel help the family from far.

  10. Thank you to Hatzolah for doing a great job always and at this scene and to Trav for assisting Hatzolah. Great job all that you do for the community.
