PHOTO: After missing for about two hours, a six year old was found hiding in the bushes, sources say. Shortly before 7 PM, Chaveirim and LCSW received a call about a missing 6 year old boy, last seen about 5:30 PM in the area of Park Avenue. Police were also notified.

Dozens of volunteers and neighbors joined in the search, and after setting up a staging area canvassed the entire immediate vicinity and beyond – including searching homes of neighbors and friends of the child.

At about 7:30 PM, after an intense search, a neighbor, and member from LCSW, located the young boy hiding in the bushes of a neighbor down the block, sources said.

The boy was reportedly to meet up with a friend, but when noticing the commotion of people searching for him, became afraid and hid in the bushes, a search coordinator tells TLS.  [TLS-CCP/TLS-46]
