WARNING! when water on the street raises to the level that reaches the grass, it has the potential to flood transformer boxes (the large green boxes on the grass). If and when those flood, they can easily electrocute anything touching the water that’s touching the box. THOSE CHILDREN COULD HAVE ALL DIED, if heaven forbid water flooded underground cables, transformer boxes, etc.

PARENTS: keep your kids out of flood waters. the water is not clear enough to see where one is stepping, causing falls that can cause drowning. standing water is often extremely filthy and contaminated with fluids cars leak. standing water can cause electrocution if wires or transformers broke during the initial storm. USE YOUR HEAD!
