VIDEO COLLAGE: Rav Azriel Auerbach, one of the most prominent and senior Poskim in the world, was in Lakewood this week during his first-ever trip to the United States.
The trip, on behalf of Lev L’achim, was a truly historic one, as it was also the first time the Rav left Eretz Yisroel.
His father Harav Shlomo Zalman Auerbach Zatzal, who was Niftar approximately 18 years ago, never left Eretz Yisroel.
During his visit to Lakewood, the Rav was given a tour of several Yeshivos, and also enjoyed a peaceful walk along Lake Carasaljo. In the evening, the Rav served as the guest speaker for the annual Lev L’achim event.
