Over $12k in Jewelry Stolen in Home Burglary

PHOTO: Authorities are investigating after more than $12,000 in jewelry stolen during a home burglary, as reported on our News Alerts.

Police were summoned to the Coventry Square home shortly before 2 p.m. after a homeowner returned home to find her home burglarized.

The burglar reportedly entered the home through a kitchen window, and exited through a rear sliding door after making off with jewelry. It’s unknown if anything else was taken.

CIU was called in to investigate. [TLS-PM/TLS-CCP]

  1. The police should go through every house on the block until they find it! Then the frum landlord should be fined for having criminal tennants!

  2. HEY #1, AND WHAT WOULD CAMERA’S CATCH IF SOMEONE IS WEARING A HOODY, FACE-MASK, OR LARGE SUN-GLASSES?
CRIMINALS WALK INTO A BANK WEARING NOTHING BUT A BASEBALL CAP AND COPS STILL CANT FIGURE OUT WHO IS WHO.

  3. why are comments held in “moderation” that speak to the issue at hand? nothing offensive was made just information that may help others if they are put in the same situation. with that much jewelry in a home it needs to be insured over what the “normal” policy coverage is and you need to retain receipts otherwise you are going to find yourself with a huge loss when this happens

  4. 12,000 in jewelry , , someone knew you had it,,, and knows ware to take it to get rid of it,,, Looks like Lakewood WA, if it is , then the Police know who bought it after it was taken ,, But the city will not issue a warrant to search the places ,
