PHOTOS: Driver, 2 Children Injured in Head-on Collision Caused by Drunk Driver

PHOTOS: A woman and two of her children were hospitalized this afternoon after a head-on collision caused by a drunk driver, sources tell TLS.

The crash occurred at about noon on Park Avenue, when the alleged drunk driver drove Northbound in the Southbound lane.

Hatzolah and LFA responded to the scene.

The woman and her children were transported by Hatzolah to Kimball Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries.

The other driver, who allegedly caused the accident, was arrested at the scene for DWI. [TLS-IB/CZ]

    eye witnesses say he was going the wrong way down Park…..
    Honestly, who gets so rip roaring drunk at 11 43am???????

  4. Such a horrible thing to happen to anyone (drinking and driving). I wonder how many other accidents in Lakewood are caused by people txting or talking on the phone. I’m quite sure the percentage is very high. We will never know. Need inforcement on that also.
