  1. Even though Christie is pretty close to being a Democrat (just like John McCain), I will still vote for him. We have all learned the lessons of the 2008 presidential election – better a RINO, than a hardcore Democrat.

(For those who do not keep themselves informed of current events, RINO stands for “Republican In Name Only”. It refers to those who claim to be Republicans, but are always willing to give in to the Democrats so that the liberal media will adore them. These people need to be primaried, but they are still way better than today’s Democrats, who have become unabashed socialists.)

  2. Many people will base their vote solely on which candidate promises them the most food stamps. Sort of like the guy who bases his decision of which girl to marry, solely on how much financial support her father will give him.

So to those people, be advised that the Governor of the State of NJ does not decide how much food stamps you get. That is decided by the Congress and the president.

Therefore, even these people can vote for the candidate who will be the best Governor for NJ – Christie, by far!

  3. Much as I hope he wins, I won’t vote for Christie because he signed a ban on parents sending their children to therapy to help them with the Yetzer Hora for Toevah

  4. that is just being IGNORANT if you know who you are going to vote for before even hearing the debate

how can you know who you voted for if you didn’t even listen to the debate yet?

  5. I will not vote for a bully and for a person who is only for the rich friends. Christi has not lowered my taxes as he says he has done. He has ruined public education in NJ. His ego is so big that he thinks he can do no wrong. He won’t listen to people at his town meetings if a question is ask that he doesn’t like. As I said before he is a bully and arrogent.

  6. To Mr. Lakewood who called Christie a bully and arrogant.

You sound very arrogant and bullyish yourself. It must bother you that you’ve finally met your match in Christie.

  7. #13 Vine st old timer- How was #12 Mr. Lakewood sounding arrogant and bullyish? He stated his opinion and cited certain examples of why he felt that way. It is YOU who sounds like the bully, just like Mr. Christie does when someone’s opinion doesn’t reflect his own, like what you just did. You just proved his point. Bravo.
