Rabbi Licht’s Yeshiva at Bais Pinchos has as of today closed down, sources at the Yeshivah tell TLS. “The Bochurim and parents were notified today and all Bochurim packed up all personal belongings and took them home,” one of the Yeshivah’s employees told TLS.
The Yeshivah, under the auspices of Rebbe Licht Shlita and which was located on New Central Avenue, will open a new Yeshiva next week in Lakewood together with all the Rebbaim and approximately 75 bochurim, the source said.
Reasons for the closure are not being made public at this time.
“The new Yeshiva is looking for a building to relocate, and is strongly looking into one currently,” the source said. “As soon as the new building is finalized and the necessary work is done to make it’s ready for the new Yeshiva, the Yeshiva will open hopefully as early as sometime next week.”

Rabbi Licht is moving the yeshiva with the bochurim and Hanhala. The yeshiva is not closing down. Just moving buildings. Be”H they will keep shteiging in learning Hashem’s Holy Holy Torah.
The Yeshiva is continuing. Its moving out of the building and relocating
The definition of closing down means that it is “out of business” which doesn’t seem to be the case here.
I guess I’m suppose to read between the lines and assume that R. Lict is splitting off and going on his own.
