  1. I was contemplating going tomorrow. I am curious to read people’s comments to see if it was a job fair or more of a product expo. While it is interesting to see all the different companies and products that are out there, if I know what to expect before I go there it won’t be disappointing if I don’t find it to be a job fair.

  2. so, just like last year, every booth is someone trying to SELL me something, no booths saying “I am hiring”, what a waste of $36 this was

  3. This was a great show! The atmosphere was professional with a focus on getting things done! Day went by without a hitch. I am impressed. Will definitely follow up on prospects we met. Thank you for all your hard work.

  4. I completely disagree with “sigh”. Yes there were lots of vendors offering their services to businesses, but many of them had a sign on their tables “hiring”. No, jobs were not being handed out and thrown in your face, you needed to approach the booth, hear a bit about them and then discuss their hiring needs. I personally witnessed quite a few ppl handing in resumes and being interviewed. The expo was extremely professional…some of the seminars had standing room only… There was what to gain for everyone. And most of all it was a beautiful kiddush hashem watching all of klal yisroel unite and help each other out.

  5. There was a very useful booth (I forget what it is called) all the way on the far right side, by the career section, that was distributing tips on how to approach a jobs fair. I recommend all those seeking a job to visit that booth first. With the correct strategy, such an event can be very useful. Kol hakavod, R’ Duvi!!
