I cry with tears as I write this upon the loss of another yid & a father of 9 all mourning their loss:

May his Neshama have an aliya & may his family be menachem among klal yisroel

  2. Something is not right here. Found in the same area he was missing from 10 days ago, I speculate that fowl play is involved and he was returned to the place he went missing.

  3. Something very odd about the whole sitch
Most people don’t jut go off to secluded areas that are off limits and die. Yeshiois and nechamois to the family.

  4. stop wondering “how”–wonder “why” and look to self-improvement as a yid –and just maybe we will be able to save all of our brothers from premature demise—we need to do t’shuva–that’s the answer

  5. OMG. Obviously people don’t just do this. That is why everyone was searching for him. The rest of the story is actually none of your or anyone’s business. This is when sensitivity is called for.

May his blessed soul rest in peace. Amen.

  6. I received this from an old classmate of mine who was Sontag’s neighbor in Israel.

Perez was my neighbor in Erez Yisrael for about ten years he was an unbelievable great person. A small story…..although we live in a very special neighborhood in Yerushalayim it was not very well kept….when Perez and his family moved here the entire family took out brooms and garbage bags to clean the streets of Yerushalayim! ‎He felt Hashem ‘s palace had to be special and did something about it! We will miss him dearly…..
