  2. May his soul be blessed. Motorcycles are so dangerous it’s scary. I was on scene and took pictures of the bike a long time after the accident. I took the pics to show my brother in law who recently bought a motorcycle.

The officer on scene came over to me and scrame at me to stop taking pictures and demanded i delete them on the spot. He said i am taking pics off a crime scene. Does anyone know if he was right? You can’t take a pic of a crime scene?

He also said its highly insensitive. If the party’s involved are no longer there is it Unethical to take pics?

Personally i don’t see the problem but I’m open to rebuke. Your thoughts?

  3. I dont know how I feel about this

  4. I keep hearing about all these motorcycle accidents. Many ending with fatalities or serious injuries. Is there no way to make these dangerous bicycles safer to drive on the roadways??

  7. Rudy your smile will be missed. I have only been a neighbor for 3 yrs and when I heard it brought tears to my eyes. Its amazing how everyone knew him. May the family find strength to continue on.

  9. To #8 Jacob: its a law you are not allowed to take pictures of a crime scene. If you post them on a page or put them someplace where others may see them it’s compromises the integrity of the investigation.
Why would you want pictures of it anyway, it is a depressing scene..and horrible if family members pull up to the scene and see people snapping pictures of it…

  10. We are deeply saddened by the news that our dear friend Rudi has passed away. We will miss him so much. He did so much for us and we are shocked and shaken by his passing. There will not be a day that we don’t think of him and his many kindnesses. Love you Rudi.

  11. To Mr. Fury
Please get the facts about the accident before threatening to kill people. Was driver wearing a helmet and did he stop at the stop sign?

  12. @# 8, 1. Yes it is still a crime scene and the only one who should be taking pictures is the police.
