  1. Thank you for your amazing programs!
I’m dealing with depression and I was therefore unable to work on anything to improve in myself before Rosh Hashanah. My therapist keeps telling me that it’s fine because I am working on getting out of depression and I am unable to do anything else. But I am still so stressed out about it. Is there anything that I could do to go to into yom tov more relaxed?

  2. With so much family bonding over Yom Tov, how can one alleviate stresses that are bound to arise with all of the pressures of family reunions. Please give some tips on staying calm and learning how to be at one and accept all the types and personalities (be it religiously, or socially etc) in the family so that Yom Tov can be a beautiful, peaceful and harmonious time.

  3. Now that its before Rosh Hashanah a time of forgiveness I have an issue that comes up every year
I’m in my low 20s and when I was in elementary school I had a principle that embarrassed me twice in front of my class. I tell myself every year that I forgave her and have nothing against her but when I think about her I can still feel the pain and embarrassment I felt at the time it happened.
Can you give me some tools on how to forgive her with all my heart
    thanks
