Person Stabbed in High Point Development

high point complexAuthorities are investigating a stabbing that occurred early this morning in Lakewood, sources tell TLS.

Police were called to the High point Condominium complex shortly before 2 a.m. for the reports of a fight with a knife involved.

Upon arrival, police located a stabbing victim with a stab wound to the neck, officials say. The victim was transported to Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus.

The suspect was reportedly apprehended a short time later inside the development.

CSI is investigating the incident.
