  3. Once again the police force led by the worlds best chief Lawson save the town again I really thank you and Ur officers for doin a wonderful job day in day out

  4. These thieves need to be locked up for life and kudos to the first aid member, he’s a hero. Lakewood has to get a grant from the federal gov for security cameras to install all around lakewood for when people don’t spot robberies.

  5. Two of these three are my football teammates we have a game today. It breaks my heart but slam them for what they did I know two of the three and there good guys just did a really stuped thing they stood up for me when I was builed by most of the school these guys are my brothers however the third one is the culprit the one who came up with the idea but two of them are good guys ;(

  6. These are children non the less! And regardless of what we ADULTS view as wrong…would you feel the same knowing that one of the children held in custody has NO PARENTS to even let him know that “….regardless of your wrong doing let this be a lesson you move forward from because you could have gotten killed for that little bit of money. You will get through this…” Every last one of these kids has a story….and my heart hurts bc it could have been my son with them

  7. Lakewood is lucky to have such an exemplary police force and first aid squad! Thanks to all involved!! You did a terrific job!!
    Proud to be a Lakewooder.

  8. there is no excuse for armed robbery – no mitigating circumstances – if you feel had reason then why weren’t you a friend & help him in his troubles before they got out of hand.

  9. Oh these poor children? What if one of their victims was your family member? Because guess what? One of their victims were my family member. I hope they dont serve to long of a sentence so I can personally ruin the rest of their worthless lives the way they have ruined my loved ones life. Let me know how quickly you would recover having a gun pushed in your face. Worthless (moderated) non human animals. I hope they get (moderated) in jail.

  10. Woke up to see this bad news. I knew one of these kids since diapers and one of my sons bestfriend, he is a great basketball player and a good kid, wrong is wrong and yes they should get punished but I pray that they learn from this , parents need to be more involved in their kids life.

  11. Everyone has a story. Everyone has parents. There’s NO EXCUSE for armed robbery. Period. Having chosen the wrong victim they could have been dead. End of story. Sad but true.

  12. Lol Children?!! These guys are not children, they are adults. Who cares what their stories are, what about the victims stories?!! Haha I wouldn’t have to worry about my kid being one of those kids, my kid will know the difference between what’s WRONG n what’s right. What these monsters have done is disgusting and I hope they rot in jail for the rest of their pathetic lives. You’re old enough to rob numerous people with a gun you’re old enough to deal with whatever consequences comes your way. I feel awful for the VICTIMS absolutely NOT for these monsters.

  13. Oww free ma boy. Dimitri watch your mouth too on the third one thanks you weren’t there lmao all three of them are good kids who made a wrong turn so free da young bulls.

  14. Don’t these armed criminals know that NJ has strict gun laws? How could they still commit these crimes…unless of course…armed robbers don’t actually care what the law says?

Luckily, thanks to strict gun laws, none of their victims were armed. So at least the three (moderated) were protected.

  15. You guys need to stop downgrading my fellow teammates because u dindn`t even know them even though They made a mistake i 100% guarantee 2out of those 3 Will never do that again Because they are not really like that

  16. First, these kids must sit a good 3-5 years behind bars.

Second; An idea to Mayor Miller, Chief Rob Lawson, and anyone else in Lakewood authority. How about a new program of education in high schools about the price of crime.

These kids will now lose a few precious years of their lives behind bars. Now with this criminal record, they will have a very difficult time getting a job that pays more than $9 an hour for the next 10 years. No normal company will hire criminals. Was it really worth it for the 500 hundred dollars they may have made (but will now have to pay thousands for lawyers etc)??

How about an education program geared at high schools to explain the dire consequences of Crime.

Are there such programs in place?

In fact, how about making the criminals pay for these programs?? Or better yet, let them work in jail and use the profits to educate our other high-school kids.

I think this education program may prevent a lot of crime.

    What do you all think?

  17. Who cares? 3-5 years?? Lol no more like 50 years.. No one cares about school programs, OBVIOUSLY these kids didn’t, or they wouldn’t have robbed 10-13 separate people WITH A GUN! They all deserve what’s about to come to them!

  18. whats wrong is wrong and they all should have known what was wrong from right but as i see it w.e they have coming to them has nothing to do with no one but them and their families. Yes everyone knows about the incident but for all the negative comments that were posted should not have been taken as far as they went i feel for victims but who says anyone hasn’t made a mistake throughout their life something small or not no one is perfect and the sooner everyone realizes that will have true understanding that trying to break people because of what they have done or committed in life doesn’t make them look any better..
Everyone makes mistakes weather it was something these kids have done or even something smaller so what gives anyone the right to downgrade someone they don’t even know. they will get what they get but at the end of the day this is a lesson for them to realize what they really want in life that kind of life or a fast act in change for the better.
