“As a result of this inspection, it is my pleasure to inform you that the County of Ocean was found in full compliance with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 10A:31. You and your staff are congratulated on this achievement and are to commended for the efforts made in preparation for this inspection. The hard work and dedication by the staff of your facility was evident to the members of the inspection team and certainly deserves special recognition,” Ms. Hicks wrote in a letter to longtime Warden Theodore J. Hutler.

“I would like to personally thank you for the courtesies extended to members of this office over this five day period. They report that your staff was most helpful and cooperative throughout the entire inspection and that they were treated in a respectful and professional manner,” she concluded.

  1. I do hope I never need their services, but it makes me feel good knowing that the people that break in to our homes are in this place and are under control of the great warden! So hopefully when they get out they don’t break in once again!

    Thank you Mr Hutler!
