Just to note :
I have noticed many businesses offering sales positions with no draw and little to no training.
Remember failing to plan is planning to fail. But worse it wastes months of a hopeful individual time and when the time comes for him/her to move on to the next as they are not making a living. The little experience they picked up doesnt do much , leaving them in the same place as when they started with you.
Please take a moment to think if you are truly ready to hire someone and prepaird to help them succeed or are you just throwing them out on their own to throw something on the wall and see if it sticks
i still have not met any one that got a real job from this expo!!!!! i did meet people that spent extra time davening to the one who gives parnasah and got a nice job through the extra tefila!!
