Tonight: Mayor Akerman hosting ECHO Lakewood Reception

Echo_2015_LakewoodRec_ads_w5[COMMUNICATED] Mayor Isaac Akerman is hosting the ECHO Annual Lakewood Reception tonight, in his home, 46 Lapsley Lane.

 

Mayor Akerman is familiar with ECHO’s outstanding services to the community, and has graciously agreed to host this event once again.

The Reception, which begins at 7:30 PM, will include a Yapchik Bar, featuring different, new and tempting yapchiks created by Yapchik restaurant, as well as a fabulous wine-tasting by Herzog Wine Cellars.

The Satmar Rov of Monsey, Harav Hagaon Rav Chaim Yehoshua Halberstam, Shlit”a, will be the guest speaker at the Reception. Harav Halberstam is making a special trip to Lakewood to attend the Reception. The program will begin at 8:30 PM.

ECHO helps over 35,000 patients & their families yearly by guiding them to top hospitals & doctors. Over 7,500 calls come from Lakewood and the New Jersey office is in Lakewood, headed by Rabbi Mordechai Kenigsberg. .

ECHO’s yearly budget is approaching a million dollars. ECHO is a non-profit organization, which receives no government funding, and does not charge patients for its service.

ECHO relies solely on the community’s support.
