mva madisonPHOTOS: A driver allegedly under the influence of drugs crashed into a utility pole early this morning, snapping it in half.

 

The crash occurred on Madison Avenue near 6th Street around 1:30 AM.

The driver was arrested at the scene, an official told TLS.
