Please note that in order to make the bracha, you must see blossoms (buds are not enough). This year where it only started warming up a short while ago, some of the trees on the list may not be in bloom. Please look for blossoms (little flowers) before making the bracha.
Till when can you make a bracha?
Ask your Rov but I was told that because many trees only started to blossom at the end of Nissan, the Brocha could be made into Iyar too.
