  1. Called and was told they are very busy yet their web site shows that this is the only outage in all of Monmouth and ocean county

  2. JCPL being busy is not unusual. They are trying to catch up on work that was either scheduled to be done today before emergencies came in and the crews were rerouted..there was such an emergency in lakewood today on Airport Rd I heard of as I was in the area..It is not just a small company this company is First Energy and they are Nationwide..so they saying they are busy could mean over their entire network, not just NJ or Ocean County

I am just another citizen and I appreciate you looking out for waste of taxpayer dollars. but I think that the library has to run the AC too keep the humidity down inside. paper absorbs humidity and so many books might get ruined if the building had no AC for two humid days in July. Add all the computer equipment and I think they do not have the option NOT to run the AC over the weekend even if no is in the building.
