  1. You can probably tell by me name that I’m a big fan of The Center. My special-needs daughter is there every Sunday and very often on Shabbos. The help they provide for us and hundreds of other special-needs families is immeasurable. Please, if u can, jog, sponsor or just come be mechazek this Choshuver Moisad in any way u can. And for that, we thank you.

  2. The chesed that the center does is unreal. My son attends some of their programs and it is a huge help for us.Without them i don’t know what we would do. The. Center is always there for us and never says no. Please all come out to support this wonderful organization!

  3. This is the most selfless organization I’ve ever encountered. B’h my children don’t require their services, however I have friends who unfortunately do. They alleviate a tremendous burden by hosting and caring for their children on yomim tovim, shabbosim, after school or any time they are in need of some respite. This is a chesed organization which doesn’t possess the word “no” in their vocabulary. Please give generously as they are in need of every penny they receive in order to continue their avodas hakodesh.

A proud supporter of The Center.

  4. LETS GO SHLOIMIE FINKEL . WE ALL KNOW HOW DEDICATED TO WINNING THIS JOG A THON he is . AS were his kids avi and aaron tzvi who finished 43 and 44,respectively .LETS GO SHLOIMIE

  5. Organizers probably didn’t realize how bad traffic would be. I drove around the area and traffic was backed up even on Cross St all the way to Naiman St. Prospect St, Pine and James were terrible as where other roadways. Many motorist, especially non-jewish who dont read the scoop, were not aware of this. Drivers didn’t even have a chance – e.g. many were caught by suprise turning onto Prospect St from River Ave only to be stopped at Williams St. It took a long time for all the runners to pass and for the stragglers to finally follow through. In past years this jog took place out of the way on side streets. This year, having the jog from Clifton Ave through Prospect St closed many high volume interections and roads catching many unaware and inconvenienced many. Please take this into account next year. This is such a great cause and can be done just as well elsewhere.
