  1. Maybe a dumb question. How are people who don’t have internet or read newspapers supposed to know when a law is changed? Does the DMV send a letter to all licensed drivers? How else are people supposed to know that this is in effect?

  2. Do any of these law makers have children? What if you have tall children? My 18 month old son could not fit his legs in a rear facing car seat. By a year he was very uncomfortable he had to lift them in order to fit.

Can’t parents be allowed to make there own judgment call about anything these days?

Free country …. not any more!
