World-renowned Chazzan, Yitzchok Meir Helfgot, will attend tonight’s Yeshivas Mir Yerushalayim’s Annual Lakewood Dinner, where he will sing several Negunim in honor of the upcoming Yomim Noraim.
The Dinner will take place at the Ateres Reva Hall. The reception will begin at 8 PM, followed by the presentation of awards at 9 PM. At 10 PM, the Rosh Hayeshiva, Harav Eliezer Yehuda Finkel, shlit”a, will address the tzibbur.
The Rosh Hayeshiva has made a special trip from Eretz Yisroel to participate in this momentous event, accompanied by his mother, Rebbetzin Leah Finkel, wife of the Rosh Yeshiva Rav Nosson Tzvi zatzal, as well as several esteemed members of the hanalla, including Harav Binyomin Carlebach and Harav Nachman Levovitz.
Mr. and Mrs Chanania Pomerantz have been chosen as the Guests of Honor. Mr. and Mrs. Shaya Prager will be honored with the Kesser Shem Tov Award. Mr. and Mrs. Yossi Shafer will receive the Alumnus of the Year Award Award.
Harav Berel Leifer shlita, Rav of Khal Tiferes Shalom Nadvorna, will be presented with the Nezer Harbotzas Torah.
