Dashcam Video: Carelessness on the Roads (CSO Dashcam)

carlessVIDEO: These two dashcam clips highlight some of the careless driving habits on the road which lead to serious accidents. A bit of patience goes a long way.

One of these incidents took place Sunday, and the other last week.

This video, and similar dashcam videos, are posted on TLS as an awareness for drivers to exercise more caution on the roads.

  1. Traffic is caused by building. People who drive insane have high anxiety which is a direct cause of constant traffic. Moral of the story is STOP the Building!

  2. moral of the story if you have no patients to drive safely get off the road!
just this morning, i followed my sons bus after he got on as i had an errand yo run. two stops after our stop i literally watched a kid nearly get hit by a car that passed the flashing red lights! He literally had to swerve around the poor petrified kid to avoid hitting him! the kid was crossing Princeton ave to get onto the bus and some driver simply had no patients and just passed the bus nearly hitting him. the driver was coming from the opposite direction obviously assuming that no kid was going to cross the street…….only one problem…the stop was on 4th and Princeton……how many of you know families that live in food ex! (and yes the bus driver is a safe and courteous driver. She uses her yellow lights first with ample warning. She does not keep her lights flashing for blocks and blocks……she does everything she is supposed to!)
the driver was absolutely wrong in every sense of the word…..he deserves a massive ticket, and his license revoked! HE HAS NO RIGHT TO BE ON THE ROAD!!!!

  3. You’re right the driver should’ve shown patience and let the van continue safely. They obviously saw them coming from 100 feet away, maybe the vans vision was blocked. We should all show patience and drive under the speed limit and be passive.

  4. To whomever was driving the dash cam car:
Why do you feel it necessary to blare your horn after the car already passed you? What did you gain?

  5. @frustrated: with your question you answered your question too the reason why your frustrated about this guys extra beeping is because you know the feeling of getting beeped at for doing something wrong, I just hope you don’t know the feeling, from being victim of these extra sound of the horn, because if yes you do not get the message that you gotta shape up before something serious happens.
