Former OCPO Chief of Detectives Receives 2015 Former Trooper of The Year Award

Charles A. Kuyl, who served as OCPO Chief of Detectives from 2007 to 2013, has been selected by the Former New Jersey State Troopers Association Board of Directors to receive the Former Trooper of the Year Award For 2015. He has been selected based on a number of professional accomplishments which involved 52 years of honorable professional service within Law Enforcement. The award presentation took place this month at a luncheon conducted at the New Jersey State Police Division Headquarters in West Trenton.

Kuyl served with the New Jersey State Police, three decades retiring at the rank of Captain. He is presently assigned as a Special Agent/Investigator with the New Jersey State Commission of Investigation.
