PHOTOS: NJ Turnpike Service Area Destroyed by Sandy Reopens with New Building

grover service areaMore than three years after being destroyed by Hurricane Sandy, a New Jersey Turnpike service area has reopened.

The Grover Cleveland Travel Plaza, located between exits 11 and 12 on the Northbound Turnpike, was destroyed during the storm, and the ruined building was taken down.

A new building was constructed in its place, and reopened on Monday.
