TAKE NOTICE: Non-Kosher Snapple being Sold in Local Supermarkets

Snapple-Cranberry-RaspberryAs reported earlier this year, the OK has removed their certification from the Snapple Cranberry Raspberry flavor – both regular and diet.

TLS has learned, however, that the drink was still being sold in local supermarkets, and consumers are unaware that this flavor is no longer certified.

The OK does certify many Snapple products, but not all are certified Kosher.

Consumers are urged to check all products before purchasing.

  1. A lack of hechsher does not make it non-kosher. Correct headline would state: Non-certified Kosher Snapple….
Just because the OK has policy not to use certain halachic allowances of bitul, doesn’t mean its trief!
But thank you just the same for the public service notice.
