We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Mrs. Sarah Baron A”H, who was Niftar this morning following an illness. She was 58.
Mrs. Baron A”H is the wife of Bais Hatalmud Magid Shiur Reb Moshe Baron, son-in-law of the previous Rosh Yeshivah, Reb Yisroel Perkovsky Zatzal. Her brother, Reb Cham Leib is the current Rosh Yeshivah. Another brother, Reb Chanoch, is son-in-law- of Lakewood Mashgiach Reb Matisyahu Solomon Shlita.
Hundreds of Talmidim from Bais Hatalmud reside in Lakewood.
The Levaya will be taking place at 1:45 PM today, Thursday, in front of Yeshivah Bais Hatalmud, 2127 82nd Street, between Bay Parkway and 21st Street, in Bensonhurst.

Mrs Sara Baron was a true isha chashuva. She was a woman with a real sense of self and sense of humanity. She never threw her frumkeit on others. Her understanding of human beings was astonishing. I personally worked with her for years at Bais Yakov of boro park. She was a role model for staff and students alike. May her Neshama have an Aliya and may she bring yeshuas and refuas for her family and Klal Yisroel.
Btw she wasn’t 58. She was only 52
Mrs. Baron was a very special lady who was always ready to do chessed. my husband learnt in bensonhurst as a bocher and frequently ate at her house on shabbos. She was known to have the best food in town!! by the way she was 58 years old
Mrs Baron A”H was trully an amazing women and Baalas Chesed, but I think stressing on the “Best food in town” (while that’s the truth) is not what she stood for. She was a true Moser Nefesh for torah and Mitzvos as is evident by looking at the children that she raised, a daughter married to one of the chashuvim in lakewood and her son from the chashuvim in Bais Hatalmud who she never wanted them to waste any time from their learning to take care of her even when she no strenghth left to do anything. There is so much more to say but it would take a few days to write about this amazing women. May hashem give her Husband and Family the strenghth to get thru this difficult time and they should only know from simchos!!
