Board of Education Marc Zitomer says he’s please with the outcome of the investigation that led to the longtime supervisor being terminated from her position.

“I am pleased that the Arbitrator found that we proved the tenure charges of unbecoming conduct against Ms. Tobia and that he upheld the penalty of dismissal,” Zitomer told TLS.

An official, who wished to remain anonymous, hinted to TLS that despite Tobia’s dismissal, the district may still pursue charges – which include perjury and more.
