Gov. Christie Drops out of Presidential Race

christie prez announcementGovernor Chris Christie announced moments ago he will be dropping out of the presidential race.

The announcement comes after a devastating loss in New Hampshire, where the New Jersey Governor held dozens of meetings.

His “Telling It Like it Is” was evidently way overshadowed by Donald Trump, who said it like it is more than any other candidate in the race, leaving Christie with a failed campaign.

In both Iowa and New Hampshire, two-term Governor Christie came in near the bottom of the pack.

Last night, Trump won New Hampshire by a whopping 33%, while Christie came in with about 8%.

Christie’s suspension of the race comes just hours after Carly Fiorina, also a Republican, announced she’s dropping out of the race.

  1. Everyone is missing the reason he didn’t get anywhere — he’s a liberal!

The country is sick of liberal Republicans. We want a Republican who will actually take on Washington, and our enemies, and make America great again!

  2. I like Christie a lot. I think trump just outdid everyone with all his publicity & stunts. I think if not for trump he would’ve been a viable candidate

  3. He’s accomplished very little as governor. The NJ economy is lagging behind most of the USA. The state taxes, and real estate taxes are much too high. He’s a mean spirited guy. He got to be governor by getting convictions with excessive punishments while he was s prosecutor. He has spent most of the past year in New Hampshire. He should move there for good.
All he did by running is possibly railroad the most appealing republican candidate, Marco Rubio. Let’s not forget the assist he gave Obama right before the 2012 election. He threw his good “friend” Romney under the bus. His motives were likely to appeal to moderate voters this election. He is a big talker that does little.

  4. To boogy, seems like you don’t really know much about politics and just saying whatever comes to your mind. But what struck the most of your false words is “let’s not forget the assist he gave Obama etc.” assist??? Christie actually did what most politicians wouldn’t do and put politics aside to take care of his state and embraced Obama to insure federal disaster aid for his state. Learn your facts and then speak.

  5. Mr Someone, seems like YOU don’t know your facts Christie hugged and embraced Obama a mere few days before the elections when the whole US (and maybe whole world) was looking at Obama. for Christie to embrace Obama at such a crucial time even for very good reason turned off many Republican voters nationwide who believed that he had his eye on 2016
