Lakewood housing is exploding, construction is everywhere and prices are skyrocketing. Over 1,000 homes were approved in 2015. I’ll bet that half the people buying those homes will be from Brooklyn!
The article says that Charlie Harary is going to be moderating the three panels. He is going to be moderating two of them, and Yael Dorfman is going to be moderating the third. Just wanted all the info to be correct.
I’d be curious to know how many people at the expo will be from Brooklyn. I don’t understand why we have to be catering to them. Why should everyone in Lakewood have to pay another $100k for a house?
I was at the expo last year. There were mostly Lakewood people there. I don’t know who you think there’s going to be mostly Brooklyners there. Why don’t you go and find out instead of making assumptions. And I don’t think there’s an entrance fee. Good luck!
