El Al Flight to JFK makes Emergency Landing in Norway

An El Al flight with over 100 Yidden on board – including from Lakewood – made en emergency landing in Norway this morning, after a delayed take-off.

The flight this morning was delayed several hours, and finally in the air a passenger took ill, prompting an emergency landing in Norway.

The flight is expected to continue en route to JFK shortly, and arrive in time for Shabbos.
