[COMMUNICATED] This Wednesday, June 1, Tomchei Shabbos of Lakewood is joining forces with Tomchei Shabbos organizations around the country in an all-or-nothing 24-hour campaign to raise over $3 million Charidy for the hungry in communities across America.
Tomchei Shabbos of Lakewood has a goal of raising $600,000 – three-quarters of which will be covered by 3 generous matching donors if the other one-quarter can be raised by the Lakewood community before the deadline. Tomchei Shabbos of Lakewood’s annual budget now stands at approximately $3 milllion, and this $600,000 will go towards getting through the summer months when fundraising is the most difficult.
The campaign will begin on Wednesday, June 1, at 2pm, and will conclude on Thursday, June, 2, at 2pm. Check it out http://www.helptomchei.today/ and click on www.solvehunger.today to sign up for an email reminder on June 1 as soon as the campaign goes live.

Kudos to rabbi yy trainer for setting this up.
His creativity never ceases to amaze me.
So many struggling families are helped in the most respectful of ways. Unfortunately the recipients can’t come out in public and say how much they’ve been helped. The Amazing work Tomchei Shabbos is doing is really what we should be busy with, The least we can do is cover the expenses.
I can’t think of any more basic Tzedaka then feeding poor people. So happy that Tomchei Shabbos across America has joined in this endeavor
Congratulations to my dear friend Rabbi Yaakov Trainer for continuing to sweat night and day for Klal Yisroel
